Admission to the building and apartment is via electronic locks accessed by code, card or App.
The apartment is on the second floor, with views of the city. The communal areas are the flat roof, car park, stairs and lift.
The building is located in the heart of the city centre, surrounded by pedestrian streets and next to the sea. If you come by car you will have to locate the car park in advance, ask us how to do it and we will give you some tips that will facilitate this action.

Puerto de la Cruz is a small tourist town in the north of Tenerife. Its charm lies in its history, more than 500 years old. Although it is a tourist destination, the most important in the north of the island, local life here is deeply rooted.
